  • What is Content Auditing?
    Content Auditing is where we review the Google Analytics user data trends from your website and organically searched keywords being used by new and returning users making their way to your website via the major Search Engines and we compare this data against your website’s content and where it needs to improve to create more pathways for more new and organic user traffic to make its way to key pages of your website where targeted CTA (call-to-action) is required – this may be for your website to transact better whether that be for more sales or lead generation or general enquiries. From this auditing process and subsequent advice provided in each monthly report, we will propose a solution which may include a Content Management Strategy and Campaign designed to feed and support an SEO keyword campaign (quote required for these additional services) resulting in higher rankings for various keywords across the major search engines and greater success!
  • What is 24/7 Up-time Monitoring
    24/7 Up-time Monitoring is our software monitoring service that alerts our team of any outage experienced on your website at any time of the day, week or month allowing us to jump online and ensure your website is fully operational and no malicious attacks are taking place anywhere on your website.
  • What are SMS + Email Alerts?
    SMS + Email alerts are configured on your website to ensure you are aware when there is an issue or threat to your website's access and/or general functionality as we want you to be the first to know if your website is at risk of compromise and is not working for you at any time of the day and for any reason.
  • What are Site-wide Bug Fixes?
    Our Site-wide Bug Fix service is when our team of website experts encounter any issues with your website and resolve these issues (or bugs as referred to in the information technology realm) as part of your website maintenance plan. Some bugs can be resolved quite quickly with some minor code changes, others require further investigation which may be outside of the scope of the Bronze, Silver and Gold Website Maintenance Plans which are capped at 1 hour for Bronze Plan/month, 2 hours for Silver Plan/month and 4 hours for Gold Plan/month. If additional hours and troubleshooting time is needed by our team to resolve a major issue with your website (remembering that the internet is riddled with cyber threats every second of the day and no security system or protocol can promise more than 99% uptime as there is always that 1% chance of attack) these works will need to be quoted and billed separately if the website or website upgrade is outside of its first 30 day warranty period.
  • What is Site-wide Security Checks?
    Site-wide Security Checks are the regular security scans our team runs on a daily basis to ensure your website is cleared of any malicious attempts to hack or attack your website especially as it gains more traffic over time and increases it's search engine authority – over time becoming a target for internet scammers attempting to to hi-jack your valuable web traffic.
  • How do I subscribe to a Website Maintenance Plan?
    We will recommend the best plan for your website and email you accordingly and from here we will provide you with a DDR (Direct Debit Request authority form) authorising us to set you up and direct debit each month for our website maintenance service plan depending on which plan you choose. BizStarter website maintenance plans are paid monthly via direct debit. Although our plans do not have any long term contracts associated we do have a short-term commitment agreement of a minimum of 90 days with the option to cancel a plan at any time with 30 days notice. In addition, if your website is new and still within it's first 30 day warranty period, BizStarter will provide complimentary website maintenance service, therefore your Website Maintenance Plan subscription direct debit will not come into effect until after the first 30 day warranty period expires.
  • What is Google Analytics Reporting?
    Google Analytics Reporting is a monthly snapshot of your website activity emailed to you in PDF format and includes installation of GA tracking code to your website and configuration of report metrics.
  • What is Page Speed Analysis?
    Page Speed Analysis is when we analyse and review your website pages each month to determine if the page load speeds of your site are hindering your organic Search Engine rankings. We provide a recommendation to you for your website to perform better with various on-page improvement works, with one of our tasks being to ensure all page assets (rich content) are not too big in file size and slowing down your website’s page loading speed – as this can cause you to lose your users due to server lag or latency which directly impacts your organic SEO rankings and user patience (quote required for SEO works as this is an analysis and recommendation service only).
  • What is Page Functionality Checks?
    Page Functionality Checks are regular manual checks our team will run on your website to ensure critical functionality is operational at all times and not failing due to new software operating system updates, browser releases, or the aftermath of a security breach on your website, that can render your website disabled and/or serving broken links to users, hindering user traffic at various entry points of your website and making it impossible for users to move in and out of critical sales paths of your website.
  • What is Blog Writing + Posting?
    Blog Writing + Posting service includes 1x 300 word article manually researched and written to support SEO rankings (not AI) with your target audience and search engine indexing in mind and posted to your website's Blog. The service also includes submission to major search engines for expedited content indexing of new pages added to your sitemap so the world knows about the addition or change to your website via the search engines.
  • What are URL submissions?
    When we add a new blog post article to your website (included in Gold Plan only) or you request us to add another page of content to your website or change a menu item, update your navigation and/or modify your sitemap and URL tree structure, etc. (general website updates require a quote before our team will proceed and are not included in our Website Maintenance Plans) the major search engines need to know about these changes and we inform them by manually submitting through Google Webmaster information of the changes recently made to avoid your website throwing a server error to the user from the search engine index and pushing you further down the organic search engine rankings affecting your website’s visibility. In addition, unique and SEO written Blog articles (not AI generated) and posts to your website need to be done to support your organic SEO efforts as Google and the major search engines appreciate new, relevant and helpful and original content being published to a website regularly and need to know about this new content so it can serve these new pages (URLs) to the trillions of search engine queries being responded to every day worldwide.
  • What is Activity Logs Monitoring?
    Activity Logs are manual checks on the user behaviour to your website’s user access logs to admin sections and login attempts, timestamps, etc. whereby our team manually checks these vulnerable website access points regularly allowing our team to monitor suspicious trends and attempts to access the website admin panel, members areas and other sensitive areas to ensure adequate security measures are in place to keep the cyber threats out. If we identify there is an imminent and consistent threat to your website, we will be able to prevent and offer a solution to secure any exposure point on your website with various security measures (advice offered and included in service, however any works required to resolve an identified threat will need to be quoted before works proceed).
  • What are Manual Site Back-ups?
    Our Manual Site Back-up service is monthly for Silver Plans and Gold Plans only and is based on exporting live content from your WIX website and saving it onto our cloud servers each month as an added layer of protection and available to access in the case of an absolute disaster. Gold Plans also include duplicating a copy of the latest version of your live site to your WIX account as a complete back-up copy of your website. Physical downloads of your entire WIX website code is not possible, however we will provide added precautionary measures to ensure your website can be reinstated in the event disaster recovery is required by ensuring we have multiple copies of your website and recent content and data-sets available as a precautionary measure included in your Gold Website Maintenance Plan; Bronze and Silver Plans do not include this service.
  • What is Cross Browser Compatibility?
    Cross Browser compatibility testing is carried out using industry leading software Browserstack which allows our team to regularly check your website is accessible, operational and functional across all mainstream devices, browsers, operating systems and screen sizes. This is a manual review conducted by our team, ensuring we are always proactive in resolving website issues and failed functionality which often happens when new software updates are released and installed for browsers, operating systems and devices.
  • What are Content Updates?
    Our Content Updates service includes new content you want our team to upload to your website on your behalf. Yes, you can generally upload your own content to your website without our help but when we do it, we ensure the word count is correct and text is formatted correctly, hyperlinks are in place and working and images are cropped, optimised and saved to the correct format supporting your organic search engine indexing efforts and your website is growing in value with the major search engines not being penalised for no consideration to SEO or at very least organic indexing offered by the major search engines – which is your number one driver of user traffic to your website. This service is capped at 1 hour for Bronze Plan/month, 2 hours for Silver Plan/month and 4 hours for Gold Plan/month; additional hours not included in plan to be billed separately.
  • What is Emergency Phone Support?
    Emergency Phone Support is included for Gold Plans only, in the event of an emergency attack on your website where our team will call you directly on your phone and diagnose and attempt to resolve any issues you may be facing with your website and its functionality for any reason including a cyber attack.
